Standard Registration: Monday, October 2, 2023 from noon – November 30, 2023 by 3:00pm (JST)

*During the “Early Registration” period, discount registration fee is available. We highly recommend you to register for this meeting during this period.

*Visa Application Support are available for those who complete Early Registration by Monday September 25. There will be no support to be provided afterward.

*Those who are a member of either Chinese Medical Genetic Society (CMGS) or Korean Society of Medical Genetics and Genomics in advance of the Congress will be categorized as a member of EAUHGS.

**For those who are undergraduate students or graduate students are categorized this category.
In order to benefit from the special fee for “Student” category, a submission of your status
confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department) must be uploaded during the online registration. The Congress Secretariat will review your status confirmation and once it is confirmed, you may proceed payment. Template is available for this category. Please download the template here.

***This category is only available for overseas students (graduate and undergraduate) who are only attending the HGA2023 via online.
If you have a presentation on-site, you must register as Student category.
In order to benefit from the special fee for “Student” category, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department) must be uploaded during the online registration. Registration for this category will start on September 26, 2023.

In order to verify your registration, all required fields must be completed.
If your membership number or student status information or other required fields are not properly completed, you will receive a request from the Congress Secretariat to revise the information correctly. If we are not able to confirm the correction, we may cancel your registration and delete your data from our registration records.

Your submitted e-mail address will be used to provide you with a unique secured access code for viewing sessions immediately prior to the congress.
It is strictly prohibited to share an ID or Password with others. The secured password will only be valid on one device. If unauthorized access is detected, the ID & Password which were used for the unauthorized access may be rendered invalid for the rest of the congress.

Registration will only be acceptable via online registration.

Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.

As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number.

No refund will be made.

If you are going to make your account for the first time, please click on “Making an account” button below and enter your email address. Shortly after you will receive an email titled “Email Address Verification”. Please make sure to receive that email and access the link in that email and make your account. After makig your account, please move on to congress registration by clicking on “Early Registration is now available!” button.
After completing the registration procedure, you will receive a conformation email. Please make sure to receive the email.
