Members of GBCC and TBCS are eligible for a 20% discount on the registration fee. Please select the appropriate membership category in the registration system when signing up.

How to register to the congress
Registration will be accepted online only. Please apply from the link below.
Name Cards
Please download the Name Card (color, A4 size) from your My Page in advance and bring it with you to the venue on the day of the Congress.
For receipts and registration certificates, please download them yourself from My Page.
Download Period
Name Card: From Thursday, June 26, 2025
Receipt: After completion of participation fee payment
Certificate: From the first day of the Congress, Thursday, July 10, 2025
Cancellation Policy
There will be no refund of registration fee for any reason after you have completed the payment.
Please be sure to choose an applicable category when you register, as changing the information you have registered cannot be accepted after completed registration.
