Registration Method & Payment

Registration is accepted online only through the official registration system.
On-site registration at the venue is not available; please complete registration before arriving.
The credit cards listed below can be used to make payments via on-line.
Once payment is completed, no refunds can be issued for any reason, including cancellations or duplicate registrations.

How to Register

Click the “Register Now” button on this page.
Create a user account with your email address and set a password.
Enter your personal information and select the appropriate registration category.
Proceed to payment and complete your registration.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Name Badge & My Page

After completing registration, you can access your My Page to download your name badge (QR code).
Print or save the QR code on your device and bring it with you to the venue.

Receipt & Certificate of Attendance

Receipts and Certificates of Attendance can be downloaded individually from My Page.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable.
Once payment is completed, no refunds can be issued for any reason, including cancellations, no-shows, or duplicate registrations.

BCLA Asia 2026 recognizes the importance of personal information and the importance of our responsibility to protect privacy.
Please note that personal information in the registration system will not be used for purposes other than the congress. Your information will be stored in controlled servers with limited access.
