These guidelines are limited to non-Japanese participants living outside of Japan who would like to attend the meeting. Current members of the Japanese Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery should register for the meeting on the Japanese site.

Also, for this event, name cards must be downloaded and printed by participants themselves and brought to the venue. Please be sure not to forget to print your name card in advance.

The start date for downloading name cards is currently being arranged. We will notify you as soon as preparations are complete.

JORL-HNS non-members　20,000JPY

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to  scientific sessions
  on-site
• Admission to exhibition and poster viewing
• Program Book
• Certificate of Attendance

Payment

All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) with a credit card through the online system. Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB) can be used to make payment. Payment by credit card is possible only through the online system.

No cancellations or refunds will be made after payment of the participation fee

Confirmation

Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment.

Privacy Policy

Regarding registration arrangements, we, JORL-HNS 2026, entrust it to the PCO Congrès Inc., and the personal information would be treated based on Congrès Inc. privacy policy. Please note that personal information entered into the registration system will not be used for purposes other than the congress. Your information will be stored in a controlled server with restricted access.
