On behalf of all our Organizing Committee members, I am honored to welcome you to attend the 17th Joint Meeting of Japanese-Korean-Chinese Ophthalmologists, which will be held in Tokyo on November 9th 2024. It is really exciting to count down the days for us to meet together for the 17th Joint Meeting!
Our Joint Meeting, while adhering to our original intention to strengthen capacity building for our ophthalmologists especially young ophthalmologists, is consistently pursuing innovations. The 17th Joint Meeting will open new opportunities for us to share the latest advances and innovations in ophthalmology, to exchange the latest industry offerings, and to network with colleagues and experts from Japan, Korea and China. At the same time, our Joint Meeting is committed to promoting eye care excellence in clinical practice, research and education, as well as to fostering a culture of sustainability and social responsibility. We believe that our cooperation will become more valuable and indispensable in the rapidly changing global environment.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Japan Committee for organizing the 17th Joint Meeting, as well as to each and every of you for joining us in this momentous occasion.
