Abstract Submission for Invited Speakers

Guidelines

Please comply with the restrictions below when you upload your abstract to the Online Abstract Submission System.

• A maximum of 11 authors, including the first author, may be registered for each abstract.
• A maximum of 11 affiliations may be registered for each abstract.
• Abstract title: 20-word maximum
• Abstract body: 200-word maximum

• Spaces and tags indicating special characters are to count as characters.

• Charts, graphs, figures, or tables may not be uploaded.
• Some special characters, such as superscripts and subscripts, may be used. Further details are available on the Online Abstract Submission System.
• Avoid using indentations at the beginning of paragraphs.

Cautions on Personal and Institutional Information:

Abstracts should refrain from including any details that could potentially reveal the identity of individual patients. The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to make changes to your abstract for privacy concerns.

How to Submit your Abstract

You are required to submit your abstract via the Online Abstract Submission System.

• Log in to your account using the ID and Password provided in the email requesting abstract submission.
• Click on “Edit My Account” and complete all the required fields.
• Upload your Short Biography and Profile Photo.
• Once the above documents are uploaded, your assigned abstract topic will be displayed in your account. Please proceed to submit your abstract.

*You may review and/or modify your abstract until the end of September.

Confirmation Email

Upon successful submission of your abstract, a confirmation email with your Submission ID will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact
the Congress Secretariat at (joa2026-abs@congre.co.jp).

Privacy Policy

The personal information collected during the abstract submission process will be used by the Congress Secretariat for inquiries, notifications, and the compilation of the abstract book. It will not be used for any purpose other than the operation of the academic conference. All registered information will be managed by the Congress Secretariat.
