Registration Period

Early-bird Registration	Noon, Wednesday, March 4 – 4:00pm, Tuesday, May 19, 2026 (JST)
Regular Registration	10:00am, Wednesday, May 20 – 3:00pm, Sunday May 24, 2026 (JST)
Late Registration	Noon, Friday, June 12 – Noon, Wednesday, July 8, 2026 (JST)

Only online registration is available.
Only online credit card payments are accepted.
Group registrations are not accepted. Please register individually.
If you need a visa to enter Japan, we will provide the necessary documentation only for first authors, co-authors, and/or proxy presenters.

Early-bird Registration (until 4:00pm (JST), May 19)	JPY 23,100 (including 10% tax)
Regular/Late Registration (May 20 and thereafter)	JPY 27,500 (including 10% tax)

Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Please be careful to avoid duplicate registrations or entering incorrect information.

Once registered, you will receive an email confirming the completion of your registration.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes, it may indicate an issue with your registration or your email address may have been entered incorrectly. In such cases, please contact the Congress Secretariat at joa2026-reg@congre.co.jp.

The receipt for your registration fee can be downloaded from your registration account.
Please note that receipts will not be available after the registration period ends.

Your name badge will be issued at the venue by scanning the QR Code available in your registration account shortly before JOA2026.
