Call for Abstract – Late Breaking Session



As the first trial, the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Cardiovascular Surgery is calling for abstracts which contains the latest braking news of your research after the general abstract submission due.

Period for Abstract Submission

Submission deadline: January 19, 2023 at 17:00 PM (JST)

Principles for Abstract Submission

The abstract must not be ever presented or talked at another congress or on the way to submit. Late Breaking Session is not for whom did not make for the general abstract submission in time. You may not withdraw or change your abstract once you have completed your submission. *Note that your abstract may not be selected after the peer review.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Only one abstract submission is allowed per author. However, showing up your name as co-author doesn’t count. You may have applied for the general abstracts or Symposium, but cannot submit the exact abstract. You will be declined for doing so.

  • 1) Language for your abstract, presentation and presentation slides are all English.
  • 2)Word limits Abstract body without any figure: up to 2,000 characters Abstract body with figures/pictures: up to 1,600 characters *Please attach a figure/picture when you submit your abstract via e-mail.
  • 3) Write simply into the 4 sections of 【Purpose】, 【Methods】, 【Results】 and 【Conclusion】.
  • 4) Please make sure to write your plan of publishment.

The information you registered cannot be modified at all. Please be careful not to make mistakes or misspelling.

Your session date, time and presentation time will be arranged after the peer review and schedule adjustments. We will inform you of session details once everything is sorted via e-mail.
