Guidelines

Abstract must be prepared by following instruction.

• Abstracts must be written in English if you are from overseas.
• The title of abstract must be limited to 30 words.
• The body of abstract without images should not exceed 250 words in length.
• Please select “Free Paper: Oral” or “Free Paper: Poster”.
• After submitting the abstract, you will receive the confirmation e-mail of your abstract within three days (exclusive of weekends and public holidays).

If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact the congress secretariat.

Final decision will be made by the congress President of this meeting.
