【Registration Desk Hours】

• The conference has No Pre-registration.
• On-site registration desk will be open at Conference Center 2F Foyer.
• To participate in JSHG2018, please receive Registration Card (Name Badge) by paying registration fee.
• Please note that congress participants are requested to wear Registration Card (Name Badge) at all times inside the congress venue.
• Please note that the card is not re-issuable.

【Registration Fee】

• For foreign students, please show your ID which issued from your organization.
• Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by ONLY CASH.

Abstract Book

• All congress participants can receive JSHG2018 Abstract Book which is included in registration fee.
• Please receive the book at the Registration Desk.
• If you need an extra one, it’s possible to purchase it at Registration Desk.
  Fee: JPY 3,000

Luncheon Seminar

• Please note that you need to get the ticket for the Luncheon Seminar in advance.
• Please come early to the ticketing desk once you complete your registration.
• The ticket will be ready at the location and time below.

• Please get your Lunch Box in front of the Entrance of the Lecture Room.
• Please note that the number of the Lunch Box is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The ticket will be invalid in 5 minutes after the seminar starts.
• Seminar ticket is not re-issuable.
• All Luncheon Seminars are Japanese session except Luncheon Seminar 10.
