The meeting is going to be held on-site and on-demand broadcasting (some sessions) after the meeting. Registration is only available online, so please register through the website.
Issuance of Name Budges and Certificates of Participation

- Registration fee can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
- The registration fee is the same for both on-site participation and on-demand delivery.
- The student registration fee is applicable only to those who are currently enrolled in college or graduate school. Also, a copy of your student ID must be uploaded at the time of registration.

Method of Payment
All payment must be made in Japanese yen.
- Credit Card
VISA, Master, JCB, Diners Club and American Express are acceptable.
- Bank transfers are available in Japanese only.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelation cannot be accepted after registration. We will not refund registration fee regardless of any reasons. Please be careful to register for the conference doubly.
- Information regarding registration will be updated as needed.
Flow of the Online Registration Procedure
STEP 1
Click the [Click here to register] button at the bottom of this web page.
STEP 2
Click the [Create your account] button at the bottom of this web page.
STEP 3
Enter your email address and password, then click [Send Email].
The screen for entering the account registration code will appear.
STEP 4
You will receive an email [Subject: Confit: Account Registration Confirmation] to your registered email address.
Enter the 6-digit registration code from the email into the code entry screen, click on the [Register Account] button.
STEP 5
Set up another contact information for account recovery (another email address or cell phone number).
A code will be sent to you, please enter it on the screen. [Subject: Confit: Confirmation of email address for recovery]
STEP 6
Click on [Complete Account Registration] and log in using the email address and password you have just registered.
STEP 7
After registering your account information, select the registration category on the next screen.
- Registration categories (members, non-members, students, etc.)
STEP 8
Proceed the payment by credit card.
STEP 9
Registration is completed.
- A confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
- 1 Enter your membership number in the membership category.

Changing your Registration Information
To modify the registered information, please login the webpage with your login ID and password. Click the [Change Personal Information] button to make the change.
You cannot change your registration category once you complete registration.
Handling of Personal Information
The personal information that we receive will be used only for purpose of business execution rerated to the management of the 71st Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Human Genetics.
