You are required to complete online registration prior to the congress period in either case to participate in the congress on-site and/or online. There is no registration desk on the day.

  • Some of the congress programs will be delivered live online, and by video-on-demand at the specialized website, which will be announced on the congress website in due course.
  • Login ID for the specialized website will be issued when you completed registration for the congress.

  1. *1“Fellows” includes graduate students. “Technicians (Non-industry medical professionals)” includes pharmacists, radiologists, clinical engineers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
  2. *2“Interns” must upload a certificate of employment with an official seal by the head of department, while “Students” must upload either a student ID or an approval letter signed by the head of department. PDF, JPG, GIF and PNG files are acceptable.
  3. *3Access to Presidential Sessions is free for all healthcare professionals working in oncology (except for Japanese) . Participants also have the option of attending this session only (Available Live Online/On demand).

How to Register

Please register at the registration site shown further below.

Once your registration is completed, you will receive an email message to confirm your registration and to provide you with a Web ID and a password to access to Abstract Book. After the registration process, if you do not receive any confirmation message within 30 minutes, please contact the registration secretariat (jsmo2024-reg@congre.co.jp).

The Web ID and the password to access to Abstract Book are also specified in your registration account.

Name Badge, Receipt, and Certificate of Attendance

Name Badge To be issued at the venue by scanning a QR Code shown in your registration account.
Receipt To be downloaded from your registration account during the registration period.
Certificate of Attendance To be downloaded from your registration account (available from Thursday, February 22).

Abstract Book

Abstract Book will be available on the Web Abstract System or an application for mobile devices, which will be announced on the congress website prior to the congress period, Password to access to the Abstract Book is provided by an email message to confirm your registration as well as in your registration account.

Publishing your Abstract in the "Annals of Oncology"

If your abstract is accepted as a poster presentation and if you wish to publish your abstract on the "Annals of Oncology", you are advised required to pay JPY5,000 per abstract in addition to the registration fee. Payment details will be sent in due course.

  • Acceptance/rejection notice will be sent at the end of December.
