*1 JSOG Congress Award Candidate:
1)JSOG Congress Award will be given to a selected number of outstanding oral presentations at the “JSOG Congress Award Candidate”. The abstracts which aren’t selected as JSOG Congress Award, will be JSOG Congress Encouragement Award.
2)The candidates for the JSOG Congress Award and JSOG Congress Encouragement Award will make an oral presentation. Demonstrating a poster will not be necessary.

Information for Oral Session Chairs
All chairs of oral sessions are requested to be seated at the Next Chair’s seats located in the right front row 15 min. before their session starts.
Information for Oral Session Speakers
1)Notes for Presentation
- All speakers are requested to bring their presentation data(PPT)on USB Flash Drive, CD-Rs (RW not allowed) or their own computer to PC Preview Center and to upload their presentation data at least 60 min(. 30 min. for the first session in the morning)before their session.
- If you use your own computer, please bring your power adaptor.
- The cable to connect to the projector is HDMI; some PCs require a special connector, so if you use your own computer, please be sure to bring your own.
- Speaker Tool displaying your manuscript on PC monitor at the podium is not available.
- All speakers are requested to be seated at the Next Speaker’s seats located in the left front row 15 min. before their session starts.
- Speakers for JSOG Congress Award Candidate, International Session Workshop are requested to stay in the room until the end of the session.
- PC Preview Center is open as follows:
* Please check the operation at the PC Preview Center of the venue you will be presenting. However, if you are giving a presentation at the Okayama Prefectural Medical Association Hall, please come to the PC Preview Center at the Okayama Convention Center.

3)Preparation of your Oral Presentation
- Accepted application format is Windows version of Microsoft Office 365 PowerPoint.
- Recommended typefaces are Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier, Courier New and Georgia. Please avoid special characters.
- Please include the presentation number and speaker’s name in the file name.

- Slides must be made in 16:9(FHD(1920×1080))screen resolution.
- Please present the COI slide on the second slide after the title slide.
【Digital Poster Session(International Session Poster)】
Information for Digital Poster Session Speakers
At JSOG2025 we have introduced digital posters instead of conventional paper posters.
For this reason, speakers are requested to register their presentations in advance. A registered presentation will not be able to be replaced or altered at any time after the registration deadline including during the congress.

Instruction to View the Posters
Digital posters will be shown on PC version of the congress mobile app(MICEnavi)so that congress participants can view the posters anytime.
Instruction for Slide Registration for Digital Poster Presentation
Presentation Slide Registration Period
April 18 (Fri.) noon, 2025 to May 1 (Thu.) noon (JST)
You can register and make revisions as many times as needed during the registration period. However, once the registration period has ended, no further registration or revisions will be allowed.
Please note that it is expected to access concentration to web-site close to the deadline, so we kindly ask you to complete your registration as early as possible.
On-Site Presentation Details
- The presentation format is to be given in front of a large monitor (80 inches (about 170 cm in width)). Please note that there will be no paper posters, so there is no need to bring your own poster.
- Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the session begins.
- The secretariat will set up the pre-registered slides on the PCs in the poster room. Please select your slides and begin your presentation.
- There is no need to submit your presentation slides on the day of the session, so you do not need to visit the PC Preview Center.
Note for Presentation
- Please be punctual about the presentation time, 3 min. by 2 min. discussion time.
- The chairpersons will be assigned to each session to facilitate the presentations. Presentation slides and language should be in English for International Session Poster and in Japanese for Japanese Poster
- Please note that if you do not arrive by 15 minutes before the start of the session, your presentation will be cancelled.
Slide Preparation Guidelines
- Slide size should be 16:9 landscape orientation. The first slide should include the title of the presentation, speaker's name and affiliation, and the second slide should include the COI slides. There is no limit to the number of slides, but it should be within the presentation time (3 minutes).
The size of the text should be large enough to be readable 3 meters from the monitor (18 points or larger). - Please create your presentation in PowerPoint and upload it from the URL that will be provided to you via e-mail during the pre-registration period.
If you are using software other than Microsoft PowerPoint (Keynote, etc.), please convert your presentation to PowerPoint format before registration. - The file format for registration is [.pptx] and the file size is limited to 500 MB.
* You can also register [.pdf] only if you do not embed videos or use notes. - Please include the presentation number and speaker’s name in the file name.
〔Presentation number_speaker’s name.pptx〕 - Animations are allowed, but must be inserted in the PowerPoint file (links are not supported). Sound, animation, and screen switching effects are not allowed.
*If your data includes any of these effects, they will be disabled. - Please use the following OS standard fonts.

*Special fonts will be replaced by standard fonts, which may cause misalignment and garbled characters. - You can use the note function of Power Point. The text information in the notes of each slide can be registered as the description of each slide.
You can view your notes on the PC on the podium while you are presenting. The notes will not be displayed on the large monitor in the venue. Participants will be able to view the text information in the notes and the notes will be displayed in the JSOG App. - Please use a PC to upload your presentation slides.
*You cannot register using a smartphone or tablet.

All speakers are required to disclose any financial relationship (within the past 3 years) with a biotechnology manufacturer, a pharmaceutical company, or other commercial entity that has an interest in subject matter or materials discussed in the abstract.
