Issuing Receipt and Participation Certificate

You can download your receipt and participation certificate from the ‘Registration Information Confirmation’ page. Please keep your certificate as it cannot be reissued. Please note that your participation certificate cannot be issued unless you meet certain conditions.

Receipts

Please download your receipt from the website. You can download it immediately after completing payment by credit card.

Issuing participation certificates

We will issue participation certificates to those who meet the following conditions, whether they participate on-site or online.

On-site participants

On-site, when you have your name card issued by holding up the QR code for your registration that was issued when you registered, your registration will be completed automatically. Your certificate of participation will be available for download from August 1.

Online participants

A participation certificate will be issued based on your viewing history. If you have not logged in to the viewing site or do not have a viewing history, a participation certificate will not be issued. If you meet the conditions, you will be able to download it from mid-September.
※The number of viewing hours required to issue a participation certificate is not disclosed.

The deadline for downloading receipts and participation certificates for non-members is Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
The Japan Society of Pain Clinicians will not reissue receipts or certificates, so please be sure to print them out yourself during the issue period.

How to register for participation

Please start the procedure from “Register From Here” at Bottom of the page for overseas participants.

• Payment for registration can only be made by credit card. After payment has been completed, the registration details will be sent to the email address you registered with. Please note that you will not be able to change or cancel your course after payment has been made.
• The credit cards that can be used are VISA / MASTER / JCB / AMEX / DINERS.

Your registration will be completed once payment has been made.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellations after registration are not accepted. Please note that the registration fee paid will not be refunded for any reason.

Confirm registration information

Please log in from “Confirm registration information” at Bottom of the page for overseas participants. You can access the registration information page by logging in with the password you set when you registered and the login ID shown in the email notifying you that your registration was complete.
