On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 42nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (JSPEN 2027).I am Ayano Nagano, and I am honored to serve as Vice President of this meeting.
The theme of this meeting is “Fight Against Anabolic Resistance”. We are pleased to address the challenges of nutritional therapy together with colleagues from Japan and around the world.
JSPEN has grown as a unique forum where multiple professions—physicians, registered dietitians, nurses, pharmacists, rehabilitation professionals, clinical laboratory technologists, dentists, and dental hygienists—can engage in open and equal discussion. In confronting the complex pathophysiology of anabolic resistance, it is essential to fully leverage the expertise of each profession and to build seamless interprofessional collaboration in order to achieve high-quality nutritional therapy.
This meeting will share the latest advances in nutritional therapy from Japan and abroad and provide a platform for meaningful discussion to further advance the field. We warmly welcome international participants and look forward to active global exchange.
