Registration

  • Registration for overseas participants is available on-site only. No advance or online registration is required. Please come directly to the Registration Desk at the venue.
  • The registration fee is JPY 9,000, payable in cash only. Please note that currency exchange services are not available at the venue; therefore, kindly ensure that you bring Japanese yen in cash.
  • Participation is limited to on-site attendance only. On-demand streaming will not be provided for overseas participants.
  • International members of the Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology (JSPN) for 2026 are exempt from the registration fee for the 122nd Annual Meeting. Eligible participants are encouraged to apply for membership. The annual membership fee for international members ranges from JPY 2,000 to JPY 5,000, depending on the country. Eligibility requires membership in a society affiliated with the World Psychiatric Association (WPA). For further details, please visit:

Lunch Box Sales

Lunch boxes will be available for purchase at the venue each day.
Please note that quantities are limited, and sales will end once items are sold out.
Payment is by cash only (Japanese yen).

Lunch boxes purchased at the venue may be eaten inside the Sponsored Lecture venue.
As seating in the refreshment areas is limited, we kindly encourage participants to use the Sponsored Lecture venue for lunch whenever possible.

Sponsored Lectures

Sponsored Lectures will be held during the lunch hour (13:00–13:50).
Participants may attend a Sponsored Lecture while enjoying a lunch box purchased at the venue.

Please note:

  • Lunch boxes will not be distributed at the Sponsored Lecture venue.
  • Sponsored Lectures are open to medical professionals only.
