Name Badge

Congress participants are requested to wear their name badges at all times for identification purposes and admission to the scientific and social programs. In case you have lost your badge, you may ask for a replacement at the General Information Desk.

Program Book & Congress Bag

You can recieve at the Registration Desk.

Official Language

The official language of the congress is English.

Refreshment

Free light snacks for lunch time and coffee break in the afternoon will be available near session rooms from September 10 – 12.
Please understand that there are only limited numbers and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

For other option, paid Lunch boxes are available at Main Lounge, 1st floor from September 10 - 12.

Restaurant

The restaurant “The Grill” near the center lobby on the 1st floor of the conference center will be open from 10:00 to 17:00. A variety of menu selections are available, with charge.

Internet Connection

Free Wi-Fi is available for participants at the conference center.

Lost and Found

Items found will be consigned to the Information Desk located near the main entrance.
For assistance in locating lost property, please contact the General Information Desk.

PC Preview Desk

Speakers are required to upload their presentation data at the PC Preview Desk at least 1 hour before the start of the presentation.
