※ Please note that those who registered as accompanying persons are NOT ALLOWED to attend any scientific sessions.
Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
Confirmation
As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive the congress materials.

In the process of preparing the documents, we may request additional documents which verified your status.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat no later than July 3, 2018. We charge 50% of the total amount paid for cancellation charge. From July 4, 2018, there will be NO REFUNDS.
