Your submitted abstract can be modified as many times as you like up until the deadline.
After the deadline, you will not be able to register, modify, or delete your abstract.
Therefore, please complete any corrections before the deadline.
We recommend that you allow plenty of time to submit your abstract, as on/around 23 May internet access is expected to be congested and submission may not be properly completed.
Main author and Co authors are NOT NESESARY to be a member of the Japan Academy of Nephrology Nursing.

Also, please provide the Keywords of your abstract up to 3 words, as it will assist participants in their searches.
There is a comment posting function on the WEB distribution site.
During the meeting, a notification email will be sent when a comment is made to the presentation, so please check the content and reply with your answers and impressions.
Please indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation in the form.
However, please note that the final decision will be made by the committee so it may not meet your preference.
The presentation data creation manual will be announced on the website at a later date.
Abstract Submission Form
To promote appropriate forms of collaborative clinical research between industry and academia and ensure neutrally and transparency in presentations on clinical research findings based on sound science and ethics, all presenters are required to disclose any “conflict of interest” (COI) at the meeting.
Please complete the COI statement in the abstract submission form.
Please insert the COI statement slide into your presentation slides, after the title slide. A sample slide is available in the link below.
Notification of Acceptance / Rejection
The acceptance information is in order of registration number.
The president will respect the author’ preference, but reserves the right to assign the category and make the final decision on acceptance / rejection.
