To chairpersons, discussants and speakers:
We will present almost all the originally planned sessions, including regular abstracts (oral and poster presentations), via live or on-demand streaming from July 27 (Monday) to August 2 (Sunday), 2020, which we call the “Week for JCS 2020.”

You are required to participate in your session to be held at the designated time during the period from July 27 (Monday) to August 2 (Sunday), 2020, which will be presented via live streaming using the Zoom web conferencing system. (For details on how to use Zoom, please refer to the Zoom manual provided separately.)
We will inform you of the exact date and time of your session individually by email.
The session will be recorded and made available for viewing via on-demand streaming from August 11 (Tuesday) to October 30 (Friday), 2020. You are kindly required to let us know whether you consent to being shown in the on-demand session or not, on the site whose address we will send you by email later.
To chairpersons, discussants and speakers participating in sessions presented by on-demand streaming
You are required to participate in your session to be held during the period from July 2 (Thursday) to 15 (Wednesday), 2020 using the Zoom web conferencing system. (For details on how to use Zoom, please refer to the Zoom manual provided separately.)
We will inform you of the exact date and time of your session individually by email.
Request for uploading slide data in advance
As backup data for online streaming, you are required to submit your slide data in advance using the slide uploading system provided on the website of the meeting. We will inform you of the data submission method by email later.
Deadline for submitting data
Sessions for on-demand streaming: Noon, June 30 (Tuesday), 2020
Sessions for live streaming: Noon, July 20 (Monday), 2020
*If you are unable to submit your slide data by the designated deadline, please submit it at least 3 days before your presentation.
Request for permission for slide downloading
We will make slide data presented in the main sessions available for viewing via JCS Abstracts, an online program and abstract search system (both web and app versions), and will allow viewers, limited to participants in the meeting, to download the data in PDF format.
* The slide downloading service is not provided for the following sessions.
Regular abstracts (including Team Medical Care Session), Featured Research Session, “How to manage this patient?,” “When do complications occur?,” sessions of case reports by medical students and clinical trainees, and co-sponsored seminars
If you consent to our making your slide data available for viewing, please indicate so when uploading your slide data through the slide uploading system shown above.
The slide downloading service will be available after the meeting, from August 3 (Monday) to October 30 (Friday), 2020.
