Registration guidelines for participating in the web-based online meeting
The 84th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society will be held as a web-based online meeting (registration fee required), and all the sessions will be presented via live or on-demand streaming using the Zoom web conferencing system. For details on how to view the online sessions, please refer to the manuals provided separately.
To participate in the web-based online Meeting of JCS, please register as shown below.
Early-bird registration Period: Noon, June 18 (Thursday) to noon, July 15 (Wednesday) 20 (Monday), 2020 (JST)
＊Early Bird Registration has been extended to July 20 (Mon.), 2020, 17:00 (JST)
＊Early Bird Registration has been closed.
Only foreign participants can register on this website. Foreign participants are strongly advised to register for the Conference in advance. Japanese participants, who even live outside of Japan must register on the following website.

Instructions for those who have completed early-bird registration by February 20, 2020:
For foreign participants who have already completed the early-bird registration by February 20, 2020, you can use the current registration for the web-based online meeting and you do not need to make new registration.
If you cannot participate in the web-based online meeting, please proceed to make refund the way which has already provided by JTB Corp., Western Japan MICE Branch by June 17, 2020, (JST).
*Please kindly note that any air fares, accommodation fees, and other expenses which you made your own arrangement shall not be compensated by the congress organizer.

Instructions for those who are going to make early-bird registration during the period from June 18, 2020
To participate in the web-based online meeting, please complete early-bird registration during the following period if you have not completed early-bird registration by February 20, 2020, or if you have done so but applied for a refund of the registration fee.
