Regarding Cool Biz

During your attendance at the annual meeting, we recommend the business casual dress code, based on the temperature and humidity in midsummer in recent years. Jackets and ties are not required. We welcome your attendance in light clothes. The staff will also be participating in business casual attire. Thank you for your understanding.

Name card is the proof of your registration. Fill out your affiliation and name and be sure to wear the name card at the venue during the conference.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom is located on the 1st floor of the Conference Center. Please make sure that no personal belongings are left after the close of sessions each day.

Paging

Paging services over each room's public announcement system or sub-screens are not available. Only in cases of emergency will notifications be shown on the sub-screens. For other communications, a member communication board will be set up in front of the general reception desk.
