Presentation Guidance

Oral Session

Presentation time: 7 minutes   Discussion: 3 minutes
We request you to prepare and upload a video of your presentation. It is required that the prerecorded presentation strictly adheres to the maximum of 7 minutes presentation time slot.
  Live Streaming:
  In live streaming sessions, pre-recorded presentation will be streamed on your behalf and discussions will be held live. Note that your pre-recorded presentation will have them available on-demand streaming later.

e-Poster Session

Presentation time: 5 minutes
  What is an ePoster?
 
  - An e-Poster is PowerPoint slides with a 5 minutes pre-recorded presentation.
  - An e-Poster is NOT an A0 size portrait poster saved as a PDF.
  We request you to prepare and upload a video of your presentation. It is required that the prerecorded presentation strictly adheres to the maximum of 5 minutes presentation time slot.
  Live Streaming:
  In live streaming sessions, pre-recorded presentation will be streamed on your behalf. Note your pre-recorded presentation will have them available on-demand streaming later.
   
   

Instructions for Presentation Data

  Presenting authors should prepare a pre-recorded video of their presentation in MP4 format.
 
- Duration of the presentation: Oral 7 min. / e-Poster 5 min.
- File format: pre-recorded presentation file in MP4.
- Presentation data should include both slides and presentation audio in one file.
   

Presentation Data Submission

  Data submission service will be available from middle of November.
Accessing uploading site on due date might take a while to upload. Please upload your data in advance.
For those who can not scroll in the Dashboard after log-in
Mouth wheel
If you can not scroll and reach the upload area in “Dashboard”,
try following steps;
1. While pressing the “Ctrl“ button, scroll down using a mouse wheel so that the screen become smaller and you might find pop-up below the screen.
2. Close the pop-up, then you should scroll and go ahead.

Open :  July 20 (Tue.) , 2021
Close :  CLOSED
  12:00 noon, September 23 (Thu.) 2021
  The abstract Submission deadline has been extended to October 7.
 

Presentation Style

* Although preference of presentation style will be asked when registering abstracts, the final decision of presentation style will be made by the Scientific Committee of the local host.
 Award  Young Investigator Award (YIA) is presented to excellent abstracts by researchers under the age of 40 as of November 27th, 2021.
The applicant is required to be the first author and the presenter.

Submission Guidelines

 
1)  
To submit abstract presenting authors must be registered to the conference first.
 
How to submit an abstract
Step 1.  Complete your registration with payment
Step 2. Log in “My page” with your registration number and password provided in confirmation email.
Step 3. Enter your age in “Your profile modification” → “Confirm” → “Submit”
→ “Go to Mypage/ Continue Abstract Submission”
Step 4. In Mypage, you can submit your abstract at the bottom of the page.
2)   All abstracts must be submitted online through the official congress website. (Abstract sent by Fax or E-mail will not be accepted.)
3)  All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
4) The body of abstracts should contain a maximum of 600 words in English.
5) Confirmation of your abstract submission will be sent to your registered e-mail address after submission is completed. Authors can modify / cancel their submitted abstracts by the deadline of abstract submission period.
6) All accepted abstract authors will be notified by e-mail.
7) Do not include references or key words in the abstract.
 

To modify / Cancel Abstract

  Log in “My page” with your registration number and password provided in confirmation email.
In Mypage, you can modify / cancel your abstract at the bottom of the page.
