- Cancellations will not be accepted and registration fees will not be refunded.
- After completion of registration, a Web ID and Password for access to the live and on-demand streaming sessions for the Virtual Congress will be provided via a confirmation email.
- Web ID and Password also will be confirmed via the online registration hub “My page”.
- A receipt of your payment can be obtained in “My page”.
- A certificate of attendance can be issued in “My page” from Thursday February 18 to Wednesday March 31.
- Abstracts for JSMO2021 may be viewed on the meeting website or on the mobile app. A password for access to abstracts will be provided in registration conformation email and “My page”.
- For student and intern registration, either a student ID or certificate of employment with an official seal from the department head must be provided on the registration hub.
- Graduate students are included in "Fellows".
- Nurses, pharmacists, radiologists, clinical engineers, physiotherapists and occupational therapists are included in Non-industry medical professionals.

After completion of registration, you will receive your registration confirmation with your web ID and password by email. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 min. after the registration, please contact the registration secretariat (reg-jsmo2021@congre.co.jp).
- Please note that we are only accepting online registrations.
Payment method
- Registration fees are payable in Japanese Yen only.
- All major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners Club) are accepted.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable.

Publishing your abstract on "Annals of Oncology"
If your abstract is accepted as poster presentation and if you wish to publish your abstract on "Annals of Oncology", you need to pay JPY5,000 per abstract in addition to the registration fee.
Payment details will be sent at a later date.
Acceptance/rejection notices will be sent at the end of November.
