■Accepted Abstracts The session information for authors will be updated in the below list.     Notification of Acceptance is sent by e-mail to the corresponding author (registered e-mail address in February 1(Mon), 2016. The corresponding author may contact the congress secretariat office <aapsjsps2016@congre.co.jp>, if the author does not receive the notification e-mail by Feb 2.   *Note: (1) Accepted first authors must complete “Early Bird Registration” by February 29(Mon), 2016. If the first author has not registered by then, the abstract will be excluded and won’t be published in the program book. (3) The detailed session information including presentation style (oral/poster) is still under consideration at this moment, and will be informed later. (4) The travel grant decision is informed to each applicant by e-mail along with the notification of abstract acceptance. All submitted abstracts were reviewed, and the abstracts received high scores were selected for the travel grant. Call for Abstracts has CLOSED Deadline :   January 7(Thu) 17:00(Japan Standard Time), 2016   December 28(Mon) 17:00(Japan Standard Time), 2015 ■General Guidelines · Abstracts should be written in English. · The body of abstracts should contain a maximum of 350 words and must be submitted in English. · No chart and graphics should be included in the abstract. · All abstracts must be submitted online via this official congress website. Please click on the “Abstract Submission” button below to access the abstract submission form. (Abstract sent by Fax or e-mail will not be accepted.) · Confirmation of your abstract submission will be sent to your registered e-mail address after submission completion. If you do not receive the confirmation, it indicates that your submission was incomplete and you need to contact at the Secretariat at aapsjsps2016@congre.co.jp. · It is the responsibility of the corresponding author = first author to review his/her own submitted abstract and correct it if necessary by the abstract submission deadline. Key Words   Please list 4 keywords of your abstract.(You must list at least one key word) ■Travel Grant Surgeons from overseas under age of 40 who submit abstracts, as well as manuscripts for consideration for publication into PSI, the official journal of the Asian Association of Pediatric Surgeons, can apply for the travel grant by the Abstract Submission Form. The maximum number of grants available is 10, and each grant will be worth 100,000JPY. For more detailed information, please read the section on Travel Grant. Ciphertext-based ■ID and Password · After registering your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your login ID and password codes. · We cannot inform you of your password and ID for security reasons.
