１. Abstract Submission Guidelines for IUA Asian Chapter
Participants who would like to make a presentation have to submit an abstract by July 25, 2021.
２. Important Dates

３. Instruction
Format
- Abstract must be prepared in English.
- A presenter may make only one presentation.
| Title | No longer than 120 characters including spaces. |
|---|---|
| Authors | The first author is presenting author. Up to 19 persons can be registered as co-author. |
| Affiliations | Up to 5 facilities can be registered as affiliated Institutions. Up to 100 characters can be used for each instituion. |
| Body | No longer than 1,400 characters including spaces. |
| Keywords | 2 keywords (within 3 words) should be provided. |

Submission
- To submit your abstract, please click “Abstract Submission” button at the bottom of this page.
- Please fill in the required information as instructed in the submission form.
- Please select the presentation type you prefer (Oral/Poster), although the type will be decided by the program committee.
- Poster presentations will be streamed in on-demand style.
- Once the submission is completed, confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after submission, please contact the JCA62 Secretariat (62jca2021-endai@congre.co.jp).
- To modify your submitted abstract, please click “Modify” button at the bottom of this page.
- Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the registered e-mail address by the end of August.
５. Presentation
Accepted abstracts must be presented either orally or as a poster at the Conference. Instruction for presentation will be announced at a later date.
６. Privacy Policy
