Registration
 
The 69th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Surgery of the Hand will be held onsite at Hotel New Otani Hakata and Denki Building (Kyosokan and Main Building).
* There will be no LIVE streaming during the onsite conference.
* On-demand streaming of each program (excluding some) will be available after the conference period.
* By registering, you will have access to both the onsite event and the on-demand streaming after the conference period.

Local event From April 9th (Thu) to 10th (Fri), 2026
On-demand delivery From May 12th (Tue) to June 12th (Fri), 2026
Only Oral On-demand Session will be available from April 9th (Thu), 2026
 
 
Registration Period
•  Pre-registration : From February 17th (Tue) to March 17th (Tue), 2026
•  Regular registration : From 12:00 noon, March 18th (Wed) to 12:00 noon, June 12th, 2026.
* Whether you attend onsite or via the web, registration will be accepted online only.
* Please note that payment of the registration fee will not be possible at the on-site registration desk.
Therefore, please make sure to complete your registration before attending the conference.
* Presenters must pre-register.

Note:
•  Students/Initial medical residents are defined as those who are enrolled at a university medical school and are not Members or Associate members.
•  The following categories of participants are required to submit the necessary documents. After completing your registration, please send the required documents to the secretariat by email.

Students/Initial medical residents*: student ID card or certificate from the head of the university or hospital
 
Participants in the 38th Annual meeting of Japan hand therapy society*: a copy of the payment confirmation email sent after the participation fee for the Hand Therapy Conference was paid.
•  The participation fee is non-refundable for any reason after payment has been made.
•  Credit card payment is the only available option.

Name cards and certificates of attendance /receipts
To issue your name card, please scan the participation certificate (QR code) from your registration My Page at the on-site registration desk after completing your registration
Certificates of attendance for on-site participation will be attached to your name card.
Certificates of attendance can be issued via the registration system (e-casebook) during the following period.
Receipts can be issued via the registration system (e-casebook) during the following period.

For on-site participants: From April 9th (Thu), at 8:00 a.m. to July 31st (Fri)
 
For web participants: From May 12th (Tue), at 10:00 a.m. to July 31st (Fri)
Receipts
  After completion of payment to 31 July 2026
 
* Certificates and receipt cannot be issued outside of the above period.
Please make sure to issue them yourself via the registration system (e-casebook) during the specified period.
