Abstract Submission for Invited Speakers

Guidelines

• The first author must be a presenter.
• Up to 11 authors (including the first author) per abstract can be registered.
• Up to 11 affiliations per abstract can be registered.
• Abstract title: 20-word maximum

• Abstract body: 200-word maximum

• Spaces and tags indicating special characters will also count as characters.
• No charts, graphs, figures, or tables can be uploaded.
• Some special characters, such as superscripts and subscripts, can be used.
  For details, please refer to the explanation on the abstract submission site.
• Do not use indentations at the beginning of paragraphs.

Caution regarding personal and institution information:

When preparing your abstract, please do not include any information that identify, or may likely identify, individual patients.
Please note that the Congress Secretariat reserves the right to modify your abstract for privacy reasons.

How to Submit an Abstract

Please submit your abstract through the Online Abstract Submission System.
We do not accept any abstracts submitted by email or post mail.

• First, please create your account by clicking on the “Abstract Submission/ Review/ Modification” button below and register your personal information.
  Once successfully creating your account, your ID and PW will be automatically issued. Please keep your ID and PW safe and secure.
• After creating your account, please follow the directions to submit your abstract by clicking on “Abstract submission for Invited Speakers” button.

  You are able to modify and/or review your abstract as many as you want during the abstract submission period. Once the submission period ends, we will not accept any modifications.

• Recommended Browsers for the Abstract Submission System:
  For Windows: Microsoft Edge, Firefox 34 (or later ver.), Chrome (latest ver.)
  For Mac: OS X Safari 9 (or later ver.), Firefox 34 (or later ver.)
  Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled.
  *Please note that we do not guarantee the abstract submission system will function on browsers other than the ones recommended above.

Abstract Submission/Review/
Modification

Confirmation Email

Upon successful submission of your abstract, a confirmation email with your Submission ID will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the
JOA2025 Congress Secretariat at (joa2025-abs@congre.co.jp).

Privacy Protection

Personal information collected through the abstract submission process will only be used for the management of JOA2025. Information will be used for inquiry and notification purposes from the Congress Secretariat. All registered information will be securely managed by the Congress Secretariat.
