Registration Period

Guidelines for JOA2025 Congress Registration

• Please create an account and complete the payment process.
• Only online registration is available.
• Only online credit card payments are accepted.
• Group registrations are not accepted. Please register individually.
• If you need a visa to enter Japan, we will provide the necessary documentation only for first authors, co-authors, and/or proxy presenters.

Refund Policy

• Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Please be careful to avoid duplicate registrations or entering incorrect information.

Registration Confirmation

• Once registered, you will receive an email confirming the completion of your registration.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes, it may indicate an issue with your registration or your email address may have been entered incorrectly. In such cases, please contact the Congress Secretariat at joa2025-reg@congre.co.jp.

Receipt

• The receipt for your registration fee can be downloaded from your registration account.
• Please note that receipts will not be available after the registration period ends.

Name Badge

• Your name badge will be issued at the venue by scanning the QR Code available in your registration account shortly before JOA2025.
