Abstract Submission for Invited Speakers

Guidelines

You are required to submit your abstract through the Online Abstract Submission System. Before uploading your abstract, please ensure that it complies with the following requirements:

• A maximum of 11 authors, including the first author, may be registered for each abstract.
• A maximum of 11 affiliations may be registered for each abstract.
• Abstract title: Maximum of 20 words.

  *Only the first word of the title should be capitalized; subsequent words should be in lowercase unless they are proper nouns or abbreviations. If a subtitle is used, the first word following the subtitle should also be capitalized.

• Abstract body: Maximum of 250 words.
• Spaces and tags used to indicate special characters are counted as characters.
• Charts, graphs, figures, and tables may not be uploaded.
• Some special characters, including superscripts and subscripts, may be used. For further details, please refer to the Online Abstract Submission System.
• Do not indent the beginning of paragraphs.

Cautions Regarding Personal and Institutional Information

Abstracts should not include any information that could potentially identify individual patients. If an abstract contains information that raises privacy concerns, the Congress Secretariat reserves the right to revise the content as necessary.

How to Submit Your Abstract

You are required to submit your abstract via the Online Abstract Submission System.

• Please access the Online Abstract Submission System using the button below and create an account. Your login ID and password will be automatically issued upon completion of the registration.
• After creating your account, log in to the system and go to the “Abstract Submission for Invited Speakers” section. First, upload your short biography and profile photo, and then proceed to upload your abstract(s).
• Upon successful submission of your abstract, a confirmation email containing your Submission ID will be sent to your registered email address.

please contact the Congress Secretariat at joa2027-abs@m.congre.co.jp.

*You may review and modify your submitted abstract(s) until the end of September.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the abstract submission process will be used by the Congress Secretariat solely for inquiries, notifications, and the preparation of the abstract book. It will not be used for any purpose other than the operation of the Congress.

All personal information provided through the Online Abstract Submission System will be managed by the Congress Secretariat in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
