Late Breaking Posters
The 100th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association invites submissions for “Late Breaking Posters” featuring novel and timely research findings.
As we further promote the internationalization of the Annual Meeting, we aim to create a forum where the latest knowledge and discoveries are shared from Japan and around the world. Accepted abstracts will be displayed as electronic posters in English, with no dedicated presentation time.
We warmly encourage you to submit your latest research findings.
Abstract Submission Period
Noon, Monday, September 28 – Thursday, October 15, 2026 (UTC+9)
*There will be no extension.
Please follow the guidelines below to submit your abstract to JOA2027. Please note that we do not accept any e-mail submission. All applications must be submitted online.
All accepted abstracts will be presented as e-Posters in English. No dedicated oral presentation time will be scheduled.
Duplicate Submissions and Changes to Presentation Category
Research that has already been submitted as a General Presentation to the 100th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association may not be submitted again as a Late-Breaking Poster.
Changes in presentation category from a General Presentation to a Late-Breaking Poster are not permitted.

Registration to JOA2027 is required to submit your e-Poster data.

Up to 20 words Abbreviations, such as MRI, should be upper case letters; technical terms that should be lower case letters only, should be lower case letters. Words after a "-" (hyphen) should begin with lower case letters. |

Up to 250 words e.g., Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion |
<Important Notice>
If your abstract is accepted but you do not submit your poster data by the deadline, your acceptance will be withdrawn. In addition, any abstract you submit for JOA2028 will not be considered for review.
How to Submit

If you wish to submit another abstract or to amend your submitted abstract, please click on the same button and log in with your ID and password which will be notified by e-mail after you finished initial submission of your abstract.
