*Registration is still open during the video-on-demand period.

*Registration Period for Onsite will start from September 1 (Wed.), 2021 in order to prevent the congestion and avoid a flood of online applications on the first day of the congress.

Registration Fee

Reduction: the registration fees of all participants from overseas are reduced to a single-price as JPY10,000!

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, APAGE 21st Annual Congress is to be a Hybrid Congress and the registration fees are now reduced accordingly.
You could enjoy the lectures featured by internationally recognized experts in this 3-day conference and present your research with practitioners from different countries at JPY 10,000.

Please note that the full amount of the registration fees as listed below are to be paid when any participant completes registration and then the balance amount will be refunded in due course.
All the payments which have already made will be refunded in the same way.

  • *1: Doctors under 40 or had been trained in APAGE certified training facilities in less than 5 years. If you have not submitted any abstract and have not been accepted for YAG session, your category will be "Doctor".
  • *2: Not a category for a doctor. If you are a Fellow, your category will be Doctor or Young APAGE Group.
  • *1–3: Certificate must be uploaded during registration.
  • *3: Registration will be completed after the uploaded certificate is approved.

Payment Method

All payment must be made in Japanese yen.
Credit Card only (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.)

  1. Please access the online registration system through the button and enter your profile.
  2. URL is sent to your email address to set up Login ID and password.
  3. Please select your registration category and other options.
  4. Please make a payment by credit card.
    *Pending registration is automatically cancelled after 1 hour unless a payment is completed.
  5. Confirmation letter and receipt can be printed out when the payment is confirmed.

Confirmation / Receipt

The Confirmation Letter and Receipt can be printed out through the "Registration” page when you complete the payment.

[Note]
The Confirmation Letter can be printed as many times as you wish by September 11 (Sat.), 2021. The Receipt can be printed only once. Please inquire the Registration Desk if you failed to print.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made to the Registration Desk via email.
The amount of refunds depends on the date of cancellation:
- Cancellation received by May 31, 2021: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation received after June 1, 2021: No refund
