Guide for participants
To On-site participants
To avoid any risks of infectious diseases, the following infection control measures will be taken for the on-site meeting. All on-site participants need to compete the form in advance and submit at the meeting venue on the first day of your attendance.
We request all participants to comply to the followings:
- Please refrain from visiting if you have symptoms such as fever, taste disorder, or poor physical condition.
- Wearing a mask: Please wear a mask at all times at the venue except for the following.

＊Luncheon Seminar - Hand washing with disinfectant: Please use the disinfectant installed at the entrance and exit of the venue and at each venue to frequently disinfect your hands.
- f you feel sick in the venue, please notify the staff immediately.

In this congress, abstracts and exhibitions can be searched and viewed online by using “Confit Web Program”. On this program, you can search abstracts by Presenter’s name, Affiliation, Presentation length and Venue, and make your schedule.
Online sessions can be viewed by logging into the system.
The program will open on December 2th (Fri.),2022.
