Registration
This conference is going to be held in hybrid (On-site and Online including live streaming and on-demand broadcasting).
If you are participating the conference on-site, please register online in advance.
Preventing the spread of infection, we will not accept any registration on-site.
Registration period
- September 5 (Mon.), 2022 12:00(JST) – December 28 (Wed.),2022 17:00(JST)
Recommended period
- September 5 (Mon.), 2022 12:00(JST) – December 11 (Sun.),2022 24:00(JST)
- If you register during the recommended period, your name card exchange ticket with a QR code will be sent to your registered address by email.
- Bring your e-mail to Pacifico Yokohama and present your QR code at the reception desk, and your affiliation and name will be printed on the name card.
- If you register after the recommended period, your affiliation and name will not be printed.
- We will distribute a badge holder at the reception on the 2nd floor of the conference center.

- Payment could be made by credit card.
- Student discount applies only for University and Graduate School Students.
Uploading a photocopy of your student ID is needed when registering as a student.

You could register for the conference only online.

Notes for Credit Card Payment
- Your payment is processed through an online payment system of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.
- We will accept only VISA, Master, JCB, Diners Club, American Express,
Cancelation Policy
- Cancelation cannot be accepted after registration. We will not refund registration fee regardless of any reasons. Please be careful to register for the conference doubly.
Receipt for Registration Fees
- After payment has been completed, you can download a receipt on My page of the web page for registration. We are afraid we will not issue bills.

In this program, you can see the English session. Please note that all other sessions are in Japanese.
Changing your registration information
To modify the registered information, please login the web page for registration and fill in new information on your own.
You cannot change your registration category once you complete registration.

The personal information that we receive will be used only for the purpose of business execution related to the management of the 67th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Human Genetics.
