Fun Run Event

1. Introduction

As part of the hospitality program for the 54th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Interventional Radiology and the 15th International Symposium of Interventional Radiology, we are pleased to announce the Fun Run event. Experience a unique Tokyo morning by running around the Imperial Palace together and start your day feeling refreshed. Our staff looks forward to your participation. Please note that this is a non-competitive jogging event aimed at sightseeing and networking. For your safety and enjoyment, please review the following information in advance.

2. Date and Time

Friday, May 30, 2025

Meeting Time	6:55 AM (Group photo will be taken)
Start Time	7:00 AM
Duration	Approximately 30 minutes at a pace of 6 minutes per kilometer
End Time	Targeted by 8:00 AM

3. Location

Course: One lap around the Outer Gardens of the Imperial Palace (approximately 5 km)

• A popular course among runners with no traffic signals.
• Equipped with drinking fountains and public restrooms, making it a comfortable route.

Meeting Point: Sakurada-mon Square

• Look for the flag of the JSIR2025/ISIR2025.
• Please note that there are no restrooms available near the meeting point.

5. Attire and Belongings

• Please wear appropriate running attire.
• There will be no changing rooms or baggage storage available. Please carry your valuables with you.
• Participants may use nearby paid running stations if desired.

※The event will proceed in light rain. However, in case of severe weather, the event may be canceled. Participants will be notified via email by 6:00 AM on the day of the event.
