●As for the 57th Annual Meeting Special Program
As part of the 57th Annual Meeting, a special program titled "Looking Ahead to the New Stage of Digital Education for the Next Generation" will be held, related to the conference theme: "Toward a New Stage of Digital Education in Advancing the Next Generation of Health Professions Education
-All for Patients, All Together-!" We are seeking submissions from various institutions showcasing practical examples of digital health professions education. We encourage those who are actively utilizing digital technology in educational initiatives to apply and share their experiences in order to enhance the quality of next-generation medicine and healthcare.
57th Annual Meeting Special program: "Looking Ahead to the New Stage of Digital Education for the Next Generation"
In an era of increasingly advanced, aging, and diversified healthcare, as well as an age of information overload in medicine, it is crucial to balance various educational methods with digital technologies, for the benefit of students, physicians, healthcare workers, patients, families, and society. To ensure more effective educational development for undergraduate education, postgraduate clinical training, specialized training in various fields, lifelong education, interprofessional education (IPE), and transprofessional education (TPE), we invite submissions of diverse initiatives from different perspectives.
The program will feature 7-8 speakers (tentative), each giving a presentation lasting 8-10 minutes, highlighting key aspects of their efforts. At the end, we aim to reflect on future prospects and engage in a discussion with both the speakers and the participants to shape the next steps forward.
We look forward to receiving many submissions!
About Poster session
Regarding the Free e-Poster Session:
This conference will not hold traditional poster sessions where large paper posters are displayed on boards.
Instead, we will conduct Free e-Poster sessions by accepting slide submissions in PDF format, which will be made available online.
On the day of the conference, presenters will display their pre-submitted PDF slides using PCs and monitors set up in the poster venue. Each presentation is allocated 5 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
These Free e-Poster presentations will be conducted in two parallel rows throughout the day in the poster venue, alongside other symposia and workshops.
Presenters selected for the Free e-Poster session are required to submit their slide PDFs (up to 15 slides, and 16:9) by around one month before the conference.
The submitted data will be accessible online exclusively to registered conference participants for a certain period, starting approximately one week before the conference.
If you prefer not to have your Free e-Poster publicly available online to conference participants, please consider applying for an Free paper-Oral presentation instead.
If you wish to include videos in your Free e-Poster slides, please embed QR codes or similar links within your slides that direct viewers to the video content, as the conference office will not manage video files.
Please note that we may request some presenters from the Free e-Poster session to serve as session chairs.
