On-site Registration

  • Please pay the registration fee in cash or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club).
  • If you register as students (graduate/undergraduate), interns, or non-industry medical professionals, please present identifications such as student/hospital ID cards upon registration.
  • Please write the name and affiliation on the name badge and wear it all the time at the meeting venue.
  • For those without name card will not be allowed to enter the venue.

Pre-registered participants (overseas)

Participants who have completed early registration, please receive your name card and following services at Overseas Registration Desk on 1F New Hall, Kyoto International Conference Center.

<Special train ticket called Kyoto Convention Pass>

A three-day pass for city subway will be handed out at the Overseas Registration Desk. Pass holders will be able to freely travel in Kyoto by subway for three days.

  • No tickets are required for Morning and Evening Seminars.
  • An admission ticket is required for Medical Seminars.

    Admission tickets are issued on 1F New Hall, Kyoto International Conference Center.
    Ticket counter will be open at following hours.

    *Meals will be served at Morning Seminars and Medical Seminars.

Note:

  • You may have only one ticket per day. The ticket is valid for the day of issue only.
  • The number of tickets is limited. Tickets will be distributed in the first come and first serve bases.
  • Remaining tickets will be distributed in front of the each seminar room.
  • The tickets will be invalid after the session starts.
  • Those with tickets have priority to enter the seminar room.

Wireless LAN is available at the session rooms, lobby and rest areas.
SSID and Password will be displayed at the venue.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas at the meeting venue.
