* A letter from your study supervisor/ supervising professor, confirming your formal registration, must be submitted to the Secretariat by email (jssfaig2018-regi@congre.co.jp) after your registration.
For those who register on-site should bring the letter to the registration desk.
** Accompanying person registration is limited to physician’s family and NOT ALLOWED to attend any scientific sessions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refund will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances.
Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card. American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable. You can also pay by JPY cash only if you register at the registration desk on site.
Confirmation
As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive your name badge and receipt.
Badges must be worn at all times while in the venue.
VISA
If your country is not listed in the following page, you are required to obtain a travel visa to visit Japan.

Customized letters of invitation can only be issued to confirmed registrants. Those who checked the " Required" box on the online registration will receive information on how to apply for our visa support (visa support documents). Then, please proceed with the application accordingly.
We urge you to please complete your online registration by July 31, 2018, so that you would have ample time for applying for a visa.
Our visa support will be available until August 31, 2018.
Please note any applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
