How to Register

Participants with Pre-Registration

Please come to the “Pre-Registration Desk” to receive your name tag.

Please write down your organization on your name tag.

Participants with On-site Registration

Please come to the “On-site Registration Desk” and fill in the on-site registration form.

Please pay your registration fee at the registration counter.

  • Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB).
  • Only Japanese Yen is accepted.
  • Attendance to Welcome Party & Gala Dinner is free of charge with registration.
  • If you need a receipt of your payment, please inquire the registration desk at the venue.

After registration, you shall receive a congress badge. Congress participants are expected to wear their congress badge during the congress as an ID and admission pass to the congress venues. Those who do not wear the congress badge will not be permitted to enter the venues.

Issuance of Certificate of Attendance, Receipt of Payment

If you need us to issue the certificate of attendance and the receipt of the payment, please inquire at the registration desk.

Facility Information

Cloakroom (Baggage Storage)

Cloakroom (baggage storage) is available by the main entrance during the congress. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of valuables in items stored in the cloakroom.

Bulletin Board, Message Board

Bulletin Board and Message Board are set up around the Registration Desk.

Non-smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited at the congress venues except for the designated smoking room on the first floor. (See floor map on page 5)

Video and audio recording, Photography

Video and audio recording or taking photos of any sessions are not permitted.

Mobile Phones

Please refrain from talking on your mobile phone during the sessions. Please kindly turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent (vibration) mode.

Lost and Found

Please visit the General Information desk on the first floor when you find anything left behind or when you leave anything in the venues. Lost articles will be consigned to the General Information desk. (see floor map on page 5)
