Pre-Registration has been closed.
Participants who completed the registration will receive name badge and abstract book at the registration desk.

Registration Fees
Registration fee includes an abstract booklet.
Please pay your registration fee at the Registration Desk on the forum site. The fee is payable by cash only. You will receive the abstract booklet at the Registration Desk.
International students (except for MD) and graduate students can participate free of charge. So, please come to the Registration Desk on the forum site with a certificate.

* A certificate issued by the head of the institution is required for graduate students and international students.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your registration, please send an email with your registration ID to the forum secretariat at bcvr2019@congre.co.jp.
Registration fees will not be refunded for any reasons.
Photographing and Audio Recording
Photographing and audio recording without permission are prohibited.
On the other hands, the oral presentations will be video recorded by a professional team. The recorded material might be published on the website of the 3rd JCS Council Forum on Basic CardioVascular Research (http://www.congre.co.jp/bcvr2019/eng/) or used as supplementary materials for the Proceedings of the Japanese Circulation Society.
