*Please note that registration will not be available from Monday, June 24 to Wednesday, June 26 due to system maintenance.

*If you created an account on the 24th, please complete your payment with the Regular-Registration on the 26th.

Registration Fee

*1： For clinical laboratory technicians, Nurses, Radiographers, Clinical engineers and Pharmacists, please select “Nurse and Allied Health Professionals.”

*2： Residents are required to upload certificate of employment (any format is acceptable) with an official seal from the department head upon selecting categories (File Type: PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF)
Failure to do this will be charged the registration fee.
Credits for CVIT specialist certification application will not be granted.

*3： Postgraduate students are not included. Please upload your student ID or equivalent documents upon selecting categories (File Type: PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF)
Failure to do this will be charged the registration fee. Credits for CVIT specialist certification application will not be granted.
Please include the university name and your name for the file name. Example: “Student ID_name_ university name”

* Please note that there will be no reimbursement once you complete your payment under any circumstances.

How to make a
registration

• Please register via the [Registration here] button at the bottom of the page after reviewing the information below.
• When the registration site appears, create a new account by clicking the [New Account Registration] button.
• Once you have created your account, please proceed to payment.
• Please note that online payment by credit card（VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club） is the only the supported payment method. You will need to enter your credit card information at the time of application. Please have your credit card information with you in advance.
• After payment is completed, you will be able to log in to “My Page”.
  Name badges and receipts can be issued from “My Page”. Please print out your own name badge in color and A4 size and bring it to the venue on the day of the meeting.
  

* Downloading your name badge is expected to be available in early July.

Notes on Registration

• No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after payment has been completed, regardless of the reason. Please be aware that changes in registration categories after payment is completed will also not be accepted.
• After payment is completed, a registration completion e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you specified during account creation. The e-mail will contain your login ID and password to log in to “My Page”. Please be careful not to delete the e-mail by mistake.

Name badge/Receipt

Please be noted that each of these publications will be issued in digital format only. Please note that we do not issue them in paper format or mail them.
