Abstract Submission

The abstract submission will be required to pay the submission fee (JPY 5,000/per abstract).

*Please pay the fee in registration which will start on January 30, 2026.

Abstract Submission Period

  • Open:
    December 1 (Mon.), 2025, noon (JST)
  • Close:
    January 30 (Fri.), 2026, noon (JST)

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Presentation style

  • Select the presentation style from Poster or Oral presentation at symposium or Poster ONLY.

Note: Please select “Poster ONLY” if you do not want to be considered for a 10-minute oral presentation in the symposium sessions.
There are a limited number of oral presentation positions and the final presentation style offered will be at the discretion of the program organising committee.

2. Theme

Chose the theme which is the most aligned with your work.

  • Theme 1: Reproductive neuroendocrinology
  • Theme 2: Circuits, hormones and behaviors of metabolic regulation
  • Theme 3: Neuroendocrinology of stress and immunomodulation
  • Theme 4: Neuroendocrine discoveries in behavior, rhythms and disruptors
  • Theme 5: Clinical studies including case reports
  • Theme 6: Others

3. Submission details required

Abstracts must be submitted in English.

  • Abstract title: Word limit is 20
  • Presenting Author: Name, Institution/Company, Society affiliation, and Career stage (this person must be listed as the first author)
  • If you are a student or an Early Career Researcher (ECR), please tick the appropriate box.
  • Abstract text: Abstract word limit is 300, use abstract headings (Introduction/Aim, Method/Results, Conclusions)

    (Please do not include graphs or images. Word limit includes: headings/references, excludes: title/authors/affiliations.)

  • Keyword: At least one keyword is required.
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.
  • The presentation style of an accepted abstract will be decided by the Organizing Committee.
  • Registration for the conference is required when your abstract is accepted.

Student and Early Career Researcher (ECR) 

  • Student:

    Undergraduate students、Graduate students

  • Early Career Researcher (ECR)

    Within 10 years of PhD excluding teaching staff
