Call for Late-breaking abstract

The abstract submission will be required to pay the submission fee (JPY 5,000/per abstract).

Note: Please pay a fee when you register.

Submission Guidelines

1. Presentation style

Poster only

2. Theme

Choose the theme which is the most aligned with your work.

  • Theme 1: Reproductive neuroendocrinology
  • Theme 2: Circuits, hormones and behaviors of metabolic regulation
  • Theme 3: Neuroendocrinology of stress and immunomodulation
  • Theme 4: Neuroendocrine discoveries in behavior, rhythms and disruptors
  • Theme 5: Clinical studies including case reports
  • Theme 6: Others

3. Submission details required

Abstracts must be written in English.

  • Abstract title: Word limit is 20 words
  • Presenting Author: Name, Institution affiliation, Career stage, and Society affiliation (this person must be listed as the first author)
  • If you are a student or an Early Career Researcher (ECR), please tick the appropriate box.
  • Abstract text: Abstract word limit is 300 words, use abstract headings (Introduction/Aim, Method/Results, Conclusions)

    (Please do not include graphs or images. Word limit includes: headings/references, excludes: title/authors/affiliations.)

  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.

* All accepted presenting authors must register by April 30 (Thu.), 2026.
After the deadline, no corrections, changes, or additions will be allowed.
Abstract details are the responsibility of the presenting author.
