Participants who have completed registration

Please print out your Name badge that was sent to you in Mid-July and bring it with you to the venue.
If you forget to bring your Name badge, please visit the registration help desk.
We will verify your registration and issue a name badge.
A lanyard is available at the registration. Please be sure to wear your Name badge when you are in the venue.
There will be no on-site registration. If you have not done your registration in advance, please register via online and visit the registration desk.

Registration Fee

All payments must be made in Japanese yen (JPY) by credit card.

Please upload a letter of confirmation of student status and financial need from the supervisors with pdf format.

Social Events

Opening Reception

Date & Time	July 26 (Sun.), 2026 (1) 19:00 - 20:30 (Capacity: 250 people) (2) 20:40 - 22:10 (Capacity: 250 people) Note: (1) 19:00 - 20:30 will be closed once the capacity is reached and (2) 20:40 - 22:10 will be opened. * Due to the capacity limitation of a restaurant (THE GATEHOUSE) where the opening reception is held, the event will be divided into two parts: (1) 19:00-20:30 and (2) 20:40-22:10. * Please attend during the time slot you selected when registering.The rooms (6F) of the venue (WINC AICHI) will be available as a waiting area from 18:30, where wine and snacks will be served for those who will attend the second opening reception at (2) 20:40-22:10.

Lunch Box

Complimentary lunch boxes will be served in the luncheon seminars on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those who have received a lunch box must remain in the luncheon seminar room.

Free drinks will be available on 6F, WINC AICHI.

Photography and Recording

Recording by any means (photographing, audiotaping, videotaping) of any presentation/session is prohibited, except by an authorized photographer or by First Authors who wish to photograph their own poster presentation.
