Dr. Konstantina Chachlaki is a researcher in the Inserm’s Lille Neuroendocrinology team, in France, where she investigates the role of nitric oxide in brain neurodevelopment and overall physiology. Her research focuses on the dynamics of nitric oxide during critical stages such as minipuberty, a key period influencing fertility, cognition, and metabolism. Dr. Chachlaki is also the scientific coordinator of the European H2020 miniNO project, a translational initiative studying the impact of prematurity on minipuberty and lifelong health. Actively engaged in science dissemination at national and international levels, she is a member of the EU Health Parliament, aiming to shape policymaking and address societal health needs. Her contributions to neuroendocrinology were recognized with the prestigious Janine Courrier Award from the French Academy of Sciences in 2024.
