Symposia Speakers

Zhihua Gao studied medicine at Central South University, China. She finished her PhD training at the University of Alberta, Canada. After a post-doctoral stint at Baylor College of Medicine in the United States, she joined Zhejiang University. Zhihua has always been interested in how the neuroendocrine system shapes our daily life including emotion and immunity. Her lab focuses on how the neuroendocrine and neuroimmunology networks interact with each other to regulate the immune responses under different conditions.
