Chairs are requested to take their seats in the front-right row of each session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
During the Q&A period, please ask those with questions or comments to line up at the microphone in advance. |

Please submit your presentation data at the PC Preview Desk at least 30 minutes before the start of your presentation. |
|

All oral presentations must be delivered using a PC (Microsoft PowerPoint). |
|

The session rooms will be equipped with Windows 11 PCs running PowerPoint 2024. |
|
| • |
Presenter View (Presenter Tools) will NOT be available. If you need presentation notes, please bring them in printed format. |
|

To avoid font corruption or layout issues, please use standard Windows fonts. |
|
| • |
We recommend creating your presentation slides in a 16:9 widescreen format. |
|

Presentation data cannot be edited or modified at the PC Preview Desk. Please ensure all corrections are made prior to submission. |

Please bring your presentation data on a USB flash drive that has been scanned with the latest anti-virus software. Additionally, please be sure to bring a backup copy of your data. |

If you are a Mac user, please bring your own laptop to avoid compatibility issues. We also highly recommend bringing your own laptop if your presentation includes video files. |

All presentation data will be securely deleted by the Secretariat after the conclusion of the congress. |

| The poster session will be conducted in a free discussion. There will be no chairs (moderators) assigned. |

Posters will be displayed only on the day of the session.
Setup and removal times are scheduled as below. Please note that any posters remaining after the removal time will be removed and discarded by the Secretariat. |
