Format of the Meeting

  • All programs of this academic meeting will be held on-site.
  • For those who are unable to attend on-site, on-demand streaming is planned after the meeting period.

On-demand Streaming

General oral presentations (including English Sessions) and poster sessions will not be available for on-demand streaming.
Please note that some other planned sessions will also not be available for on-demand streaming.

Registration

  • All participants in this academic meeting are required to complete registration. Please register in advance and pay the registration fee through the “Registration” menu on the website of the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Dysphagia Rehabilitation.
    All registrations, whether for on-site participation or on-demand viewing, will be accepted online only. Registration will not be available at the meeting venue. Please refer to the meeting website for details on the procedures.
  • Participants are required to print their own registration certificate (A4 size, color recommended) and bring it to the meeting venue. Please be sure not to forget to bring it with you.
  • Those who have completed registration for on-demand participation may attend the meeting on-site; however, please note that no refund of the price difference will be made for any reason.

Luncheon Seminars

  • Luncheon Seminars will be held on both Saturday, September 12, and Sunday, September 13.
  • Advance registration is required to attend a Luncheon Seminar. Participation without prior reservation will not be permitted.
  • On the day of the seminar, please present your name badge showing the title of your reserved Luncheon Seminar at the seminar entrance. After receiving your lunch box, you may enter the venue.

Japanese Society of Dysphagia Rehabilitation (JSDR) Certification Credits

Credit Application for Meeting Participation

Participants can receive 40 credits for the renewal of certification as a Certified Specialist of the Japanese Society of Dysphagia Rehabilitation.
(Please retain your certificate of conference participation, as it will be required when renewing your certification.)

Credit Application for Attending Eligible Lectures

By attending the designated presentations (10 credits), you may apply for a maximum of 3 presentations totaling
30 credits. If a session includes multiple presentations, you must attend all of them.

  1. For On-site Participants
    After the lecture ends, please scan the QR code displayed on the screen and near the venue exits, then fill out the required information on the online form to submit your application. Once your application is complete, a certificate of attendance will be sent to the email address you provided. Please keep this certificate in a safe place, as it is required for renewing your certification.
  2. For On-demand Participants
    During the on-demand streaming period, please complete the application by entering the required information in the online form that appears on the viewing site after you have finished watching the eligible lecture. Once your application is complete, a certificate of completion will be sent to the email address you provided.
