Participant Registration

Important Notes:

Once registration and payment have been completed, registered items cannot be changed or canceled.
Due to the system settings, once an option has been selected, it cannot be deselected. For sessions you are still considering, we recommend completing your registration and payment without selecting any session. If you decide to participate later, you may use the "Additional Purchase" function to add the session.

If you wish to change your session selections,
please return using thepicture:BackTop button at the bottom of the page and make your selections again.

Conference Format

The conference will be held in person, with on-demand video streaming available after the event.
To encourage in-person attendance, IDs for on-demand access will be distributed at the venue.
If you choose "On-demand only" participation (i.e., not attending in person), different registration fees apply.
Please note that no refunds will be issued, even in the case of incorrect registration.

Registration System

Registration is managed using the Confit system.
A Confit A-pass account is required. If you do not already have an account, please register for one in advance.

Bank Transfer (Virtual Account)

When selecting "Bank Transfer" during registration, click "Proceed to Payment" to confirm your method. A unique virtual account number will be issued to you.

Important Notes:
  • Each participant will receive a different account number. Group payments are not accepted.
  • We cannot issue refunds for any over payments or incorrect transfers.
  • No other payment methods are available.
  • Onsite registration is possible, but must be completed online. Payments must be made via credit card or through an ATM.
  • Cash payments will not be accepted.
  • No changes or cancellations will be accepted once your registration is complete.

Students must upload a copy of their student ID at the time of registration.
Graduate students should register as either a Member or Non-member.

Please note that printed seminar materials will not be provided.

Luncheon Seminars(Complimentary Bento Box Included)

Advance application is required for the luncheon seminars.
If you would like to participate, please apply through the conference website.
(Applications open at noon on Friday, July 10.)

As the number of lunch boxes is limited, applications will close once all slots are filled.

The luncheon seminars you applied for will be printed on your name badge.
On the day of the event, please show your name badge at the luncheon seminar.

Registration for a “Luncheon Seminar” and the purchase of a “paid lunch box” are different items.

A complimentary lunch box is included with each Luncheon Seminar. If you select both options, two lunch boxes will be provided.

Pre-order Lunch Box

Since there are few restaurants around the venue, crowds are expected during lunchtime. You can purchase and arrange for a boxed lunch here.
For a comfortable lunch time, you can purchase lunch boxes in advance.
If you would like to purchase a lunch box, please order one together with your registration.
A free lunch box is already included for those attending a Luncheon Seminar.
Food trucks and light meal options will also be available on the day.

All payments are non-refundable.
We cannot accept cancellations, duplicate registration cancellations, or fee adjustments under any circumstances, including after payment is complete.
