Travel Support Program
The 32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Dysphagia Rehabilitation (JSDR 32) is pleased to offer two types of Travel Support to promote international academic exchange and encourage participation from researchers and clinicians worldwide.
Submission Dates and Deadline
Noon, March 4, 2026 - Noon, May 31, 2026 (JST)
1) Category 1: Travel Support for International Presenters(Non-Japanese Nationals)
Eligibility
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Hold non-Japanese nationality
- Reside outside Japan at the time of application
- Serve as a presenting author at JSDR 32
Support Amount
- JPY 150,000 per person
Number of Awardees
- Up to 40 applicants
2) Category 2: Travel Support for International Participants (Non-Japanese Nationals)
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold non-Japanese nationality
- Participate in JSDR 32 (presentation is not required)
Support Amount
- JPY 50,000 per person
Number of Awardees
- Up to 40 applicants
General Information
Application Procedure
Applications must be submitted via the online Travel Support application form below.
Applicants will be asked to provide:
- Name, affiliation, and profession
- Country of residence and nationality
- Participation status at JSDR 32 (presenter / non-presenter)
Selection and Payment
- If applications exceed capacity, adjustments may be made by the Organizing Committee.
- Travel Support will be provided after confirmation of on-site attendance at the congress.
- Even if you apply for Category 1, you may be selected for Category 2. Therefore, please apply for only one category. Dual application or simultaneous receipt of both support categories is not permitted.
Important Notes
- Travel Support is contingent upon actual attendance at JSDR 32.
- Support will be withdrawn if participation is canceled.
- In cases of false or inappropriate application, recipients may be required to refund the support funds.
